We offer a range of services delivered by experienced support workers, nursing staff and property managers, including:
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
SIL services provide you with an independent style of living, helping you be in control over how you want to live and manage your life. We provide you with support in managing your daily tasks and personal needs so that you can feel more confident in developing the skills you need to live as independently as possible at home. With around-the-clock (24 hour) day-to-day support to people with disabilities, It can be invaluable if you require more support than your informal support network can provide, and you want to develop your skills to live independently.
In addition to providing outstanding accommodation, Circle of Hope also ensures that all building and maintenance costs are taken care of, making your transition to independent living as smooth and stress-free as possible.
If you have SIL included in your NDIS plan, you can get 24 hour day-to-day support with:
- Assistance with household tasks like cooking and cleaning
- Accessing social and community activities
- Personal care
- Travelling to and attending appointments and more
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA Housing)
If you have very high support needs, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provides purpose-built homes designed for people who need specialist and accessible housing. Our approach is to provide accommodation and support that is safe, high-quality and in a place that you can call home. Supported Disability Accommodation is all about the physical home itself, such as modifying your house to accommodate your specific needs.
If housing is one of the supports listed on your plan, you may also be able to get NDIS SDA funding to help you with the financial side of things. This would usually be because you need to live in purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation to receive the care you require.
Our purpose–built housing helps to deliver support tailored towards personal requirements.
We offer accommodation services in many locations. Whether you prefer the freedom of living alone or prefer the company of others, despite your circumstances, we’d love to hear from you and help you find a supportive and welcoming home that accommodates your individual needs.
