We place people at the centre of all career planning and develop a plan that leads to the ultimate goal of successful employment. Labor market information, job placement assistance for employers and job seekers, career counselling and employment skills training are some of the services we offer. 

We have a dedicated team that helps place disabled persons into suitable roles with local employers. We also provide ongoing support to ensure job stability. 

Not only do we help people find work we also assist with higher education options if desired. 

​We can also assist with School leaver employment support by helping young people to develop the skills, experience and qualifications they need to transition to work. 

Our support also extends to helping young adults transition into higher education institutions.

We provide tailored career advice and guidance to students who have additional needs, helping them gain the qualifications they need for their chosen profession.

Training, Skills and Higher Education is responsible for oversight of tertiary education in Victoria, including Vocational Education and Training (VET), higher education, adult education and lifelong learning.

Enhancing graduate employability is a key focus of Circle of Hope. We provide the tools and resources to help graduates gain the hard and soft skills they need to get that dream job. Employability skills, such as communication skills, critical thinking and teamwork abilities are important in today’s competitive job market.

Circle of Hope can help higher education students develop the core skills they need to engage in further study, work and pursue pathways to employment.

Circle of Hope offers custom-made job readiness support for job seekers. Our Employment Consultants offer individualised support, ensuring each person receives appropriate, effective and empowering support. The services are funded by the Australian Government and are free for both job seekers and employers.
