Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Internal Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, producing and editing videos, building our brand, engaging with our audience and reporting on social media performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand’s voice and mission.
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. - Create engaging, creative, and innovative content that resonates with our audience and promotes brand-focused messages.
- Produce and edit videos for social media platforms to engage our audience and promote our services.
- Analyse social media data to guide strategy and improve performance.
- Report on social media performance and metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Experience with content creation, video production and editing, and brand building.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to express our company’s views creatively.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Degree in Marketing, New media, or relevant field.
